FAQ
Answers about plans, subscription failures, update timing, and daily usage.
Why did my subscription fail?
Check these first:
- The submitted link is a WeChat article URL
- The URL is complete and opens normally
- Your current plan still has available subscription quota
- You have not already subscribed to the same official account
Why is there no new message yet after subscription?
A successful subscription means the account is now being tracked. New items will appear only after that account publishes future posts.
Do I need access to the official account backend?
No. You only need one public article URL from the target official account.
Can I submit the same account again?
It is not recommended. If the same account is already under your subscriptions, the system will usually not create another independent subscription for it.
Where can I check my plan and quota?
After signing in, open the WeChat subscription page to review your plan, available subscription count, and validity period.
What happens when my plan expires?
After expiration, you may not be able to create new subscriptions. Existing access depends on the current product rules and what the dashboard shows for your account.
Can I delete a subscription?
Yes. You can remove any subscription you no longer need from the subscription list.
Can I send these messages into my own system?
Yes. Create a site-wide API key in the web app and use the developer API to pull the messages from your own subscriptions.
I lost my API key. What should I do?
Open the API key dashboard and reveal the key again. If the key was created before reveal support was enabled and cannot be shown again, create a replacement key and update your integration.
Who is this product for?
It fits teams that continuously track WeChat official accounts, such as content operations, market intelligence, competitor research, and technical teams building AI workflows on top of article streams.
